Booking & Cancellation Policy All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and the session cost is forfeited. If you need to reschedule, you can do so with more than 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost. Any reschedule request made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation. By booking, you agree to this policy and understand that late cancellations impact availability for other clients.
