Hello, I’m really glad you’re here. You’ve signed up for the 7-Day Nervous System Reset, and before we begin tomorrow, I want to help you land properly. This isn’t a challenge. It isn’t something to get right.And it isn’t about fixing yourself. This reset is simply a space for your nervous system to experience what safety feels like again, often quietly, sometimes subtly, always at your own pace. Each day for the next 7 days, you’ll receive: • One short email • One 10-minute guided audio That’s it. There are no tasks to complete. Nothing to write. Nothing to analyse. Nothing to achieve. Each day is just a small Drift Moment, a pause in your day where you press play and let your body do what it already knows how to do. You don’t need to push anything. You don’t even need to feel calm. Just listening is enough. A few gentle guidelines that may help: • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted • You can sit or lie down, whatever feels safest for your body • If at any point you want to stop, pause, or skip a day, that’s okay • This is your nervous system, not a test Some people notice changes quickly.
